 obey was at the East Valley shelter and was scheduled for euthanasia when one of our
volunteers spotted him and rescued him. He loves BIG dogs and people and is fine with cats.
Tobey has obviously been abused since he cowers when you go to pet him but he does NOT bite.
A very sweet and kind chihuahua who needs to be fattened up. He is a very picky eater and we
are spoiling him right now with steak and cottage cheese. Tobey apparently has never had dog food,
only table scraps. This can be changed and we are working on it. Neutered and up to date
on all shots.
