Bluebelle

Bluebelle

Roxanne, formerly Bluebelle, was at the West Valley Shelter for three months. Thru the kindness of the shelter staff and volunteers, she was kept healthy, happy and very well socialized. But a dog can stay at the shelter only so long, so a plea for help went out. Somehow, our emails found Linda Blair who found a wonderful couple who had lost a dog that looked just like our Bluebelle. And once they met her, they couldn’t resist her smile. So our little pitlet has gone from a concrete floor to snuggling on a bed with two amazing people and having a huge yard to romp around in. Roxanne’s person says “She is just now starting to snuggle with us. Normally she will come give us a lick in the bed, then she goes to the bottom of it. We pull her up by us, and then she goes back to the bottom of the bed. Thursday night, she actually stayed right next to me. Maybe she knew it was my B Day.”
