was left at our adoption 5/4 by a young lady who found him wandering around
a not so nice part of town. Her family wouldn't let her keep him so she
contacted our group and Rags is now part of our family. Just over 3 months
old, he is a spunky little guy who loves hanging out with people. Rags
is currently being fostered by Jefferson, YES, Jefferson, our goofy cross-eyed
pitbull is just in love with this little guy. With one ear up and one
ear down, Rags quickly catches your eye... and your heart.
