 ootsie is a product of our times, sadly enough. Her “parents” are getting a divorce and neither is willing to care for her. So Tootsie has joined The Paw’d Squad and has settled in nicely in her new foster home. She is doing great with all the other dogs, but is not very fond of cats. Tootsie walks nicely on a leash, rides quietly in a car and is just an all around cutie pie. She would be a perfect apartment dog (with frequent walks of course) as she only weighs 32 pounds (she looks bigger in her picture, but she is very petite). And as for her breed, well quite honestly, we are just guessing.
