 oby's owner is moving and can't take him with him. Toby has lived with Lizzy (the Shih Tzu) all his life but knows they may be separated now. He is very loving but is protective as is typical of his breed. Once he bonds with you, no one is going to hurt you. Toby is great with all dogs, people and LOVES kids. The perfect family dog.
