 tella is a 2 year old, female Chihuahua mix who was abandoned at a local pet store. Stella weighs about 9 lbs and will not get any bigger. A Paw'd Squad volunteer picked her up and made sure she was safe. Stella had a brand new collar on, but no I.D. and no one came forward to claim her. Stella is a sweet dog, who loves people!!! She is a bundle of energy who who will need daily exercise or a yard to play in. Stella might be able to live with another dog, but a proper introduction is necessary. Our vet said that Stella is very sensitive to the glare of the bright sun. It seems that she cannot be out in the sun for extended periods of time or her eyes become very red and teary. But this doesn't mean that Stella can't be outdoors because she loves to run around and explore. Stella just needs to be monitored for her eye allergy. Stella is spayed and current on her shots. She will be micro chipped prior to adoption.
