 e got an early morning call on July 5th about a little dog lying in the bushes at a local supermarket. When we got there, we found Othello just lying there with a bowl of water and Cheetos left by the kind Samaritan who called us. A vet check showed a bruised elbow and bruised lungs but otherwise, Othello was fine. A quick check of the neighborhood did not find his guardian nor has anyone responded to any of our postings so Othello is now eligible for adoption. His lungs are healed but his leg is still a little sore. Othello gets along great with other dogs, is very sweet with people and will make a very nice companion for any family. He is being taken on short walks by his foster and is responding nicely on leash.
