 scar was found him near a railroad track near the Alhambra Golf Course. He was a skeleton covered by his fur. His rescuer fed him and provided water. People who have seen him regularly said he was seen there for about 2 - 3 months. Oscar is boarding at a vet's office and is neutered, and has all the shots. He is very friendly with people, no aggression with food when people touched his food/bowl. However, he is going to need socialization with other animals and should probably be an only dog.
