 orbert can best be described as polite. He waits politely for his meals, "asks" the other dogs in his foster home if he can play with a toy, and lets you enter/exit the house before him. He is just a really nice Rottie who gets along great with other dogs. Very low key and mellow. Norbie is a little shy around humans and it will take about a week for him to really warm up to his new people but this dog is just....a mush! He's wonderful. Norbert is going to be a very big adult dog....he is already almost 60 pounds at 5 1/2 months and is very "heavy". While he has never had one single obedience class, Norbert is very obedient and gets into a routine quicly. Our adoption contract will state, however, that Norbie must go to a class - it will help him overcome some of his shyness and help him bond with this new people. Norbie is ready for a new home now. Norbert has a tail which is NOT to be docked.
