 urray is a four or five year old Akita mix, according to the Lacy Street dog pound. They believed him to have been a stray. We adopted Murray in February, 2007. He was very frightened and timid at first, but eventually grew to become very comfortable with us, and our seven year old Lab mix. He is very smart, loving, affectionate and eager to please. He is an indoor/outdoor dog, is housebroken, and has had some training. He has improved a great deal in walking obediently with us and the dog walker. Unfortunately, he is very prey driven, and resourceful in his attempts to escape so at this time we feel we must rehome him. He has never shown any signs of aggression toward people, including children but should not be in a home with any small animals. He is about 55 pounds.
