Maya

Maya and her sister Indigo were pulled from the Baldwin Park shelter along with two brothers by Karma Rescue. Four puppies at once is ALOT of puppies, so we said we would help out Karma and take two. When Maya came to us, we were overjoyed....look at that fuzzy face! This is one cute little puppy who starts out shy but warms up very quickly. She is not as outgoing as her sister but loves to be held and cuddled and she warms up very quickly. Maya is curious about the world around her and always has her nose in something! A tad underweight, she will plump up quickly at her foster home. While part Amstaff, Maya's fur is more like a Schnauzer so we THINK, Dad must have been some kind of wire-haired terrier. But that's really just a guess!
