 lease meet Jane Doe...she's a very special girl. Jane came to her rescuers a beat-up old street dog with a true heart of gold. She was found on the street in very sad condition on New Year's day. The vet confirmed that she was neglected and mistreated- but he also confirmed what was obvious from the moment we all met her- Jane is an absolutely wonderful dog with an excellent temperment and a lot of love to give. Jane is looking better every day. She is housebroken, understands and obeys the sit and down commands, and appears to be picking up some new tricks. She is also very friendly with other dogs and has done well with the household cat and chihuahua. Jane is also a hit with the neighbors as she doesn't bark often and is always happy to stop for a qiuck pet and chat. The vet estimates Jane to be about 8, and she does have some arthritis and fatty tumors, but she doesn't mind. Jane has a lot to offer to a loving home, please give her a chance.
