 arpo was being turned into the shelter by his owners. One of our volunteers convinced them to just hand her the leash and Harpo is now in The Paw'd Squad. He is a real character and ABSOLUTELY NEEDS TO LOSE 10 POUNDS! Loves to sit on your lap but you'll have to pick him up until he loses some weight!. Housebroken and great on a leash. Loves other dogs and would be fine with kids.
