 rancesca was rescued from the SLA shelter covered from head to toe with fleas and ticks. She also had an Upper Respiratory Infection which is being treated now. She is a little beagle mix and is shy at first, but a little kindness and trust goes a long way. Her sweet personality makes her so easy to love. She is with foster parents now, and is in need of a permanent home.
