 h my goodness..this breeze is just mussing up my hair do. Hi, I'm Elsie and can you believe my family got tired of me? I'm only 8 months old and 12 pounds and don't take up much space. How can someone get tired of a puppy as cute, quiet and adorable as me? I just don't understand! But that's OK! I have a foster now who likes to "do my hair" and play with me. I just need a permanent home. I'm great with cats and dogs and love to sit on laps. I don't bark just to bark...I'm really very quiet. AND CUTE. DID I MENTION HOW CUTE I WAS????
