Eleanor

Eleanor was wandering around Downey when one of our volunteers spotted her. She was so matted that at the time, we didn't know if she was male or female. We took her to the vet and she did have a microchip. When we contacted the owner, their response was "oh you can have her, we don't want her anymore". Nice! So Eleanor got a bath, got a hair cut and all her shots were updated. Poor thing still had stitches in her from when she was spayed at the shelter OVER A YEAR AGO. Needless to say, we removed them. So after a 3 week R&R at a foster home to learn how to live in a house (she had been an outside only dog) and to play with other puppies (she LOVES other dogs), Eleanore is ready for her forever home.
