 handler is about 6 weeks old and was rescued from a backyard breeder. He and his 2 siblings (Ross and Monica) were severely dehydrated and malnourished but are thriving now. They are very sweet little pups who need lots of love and handling. Chandler will be neutered prior to adoption.
