 oomer is a 5-year old Lab mix who weighs 62.2 lbs. Boomer's original owner had to go to an assisted living facility and she was unable to take him with her. Her one wish before leaving Boomer was that he find a loving home to spend the rest of his days in. Boomer is completely housebroken and very obedient. We think that Boomer's previous owner fed him people food, because he likes to steal the goodies of the counters and tables went you aren't looking. However, he is much better at understanding that people food is for people and he has to eat only his food. He is great with people, kids, dogs, and cats. Boomer would do great in a household with other friendly dogs or as an only dog, he doesn't mind either way. Boomer is a loving dog who only wants to keep you company. He loves the attention or simply to be resting in the same room as you. Boomer's original owner kept him strictly indoors, but he is getting better at enjoying the outdoors in a spacious backyard. Besides keeping you company, Boomer will also keep you fit because he loves to go for long walks, not to mention car rides. Boomer is neutered, current on his shots, and on flea control. Look at this face...what a sweetheart!
