Want to see more dogs like this one? We may have other American Staffordshire Terrier mixes up for adoption.

Ben

Ben was discovered tied up in a sealed box along with Danny and Lona on the side of a road in San Bernardino. We can only be grateful to the woman who stopped to look at the box and noticed some movement. She rushed the pups to the vet who said they had to have been in there for at least a week. Ben is covered in demodectic mange (non contagious). How this little guy could have been so mistreated - we can't even imagine! He is loving, kind, and just wants to sit on your lap. He has been dewormed and has had his first set of shots He will continue to need treatment for the mange but will look VERY handsome when he is all better (we think he is handsome now!) He will be neutered prior to adoption.
