 ndy was found in downtown Los Angeles, dragging a huge chain behind him. The poor thing
was emaciated and dehydrated and EXTREMELY friendly. Andy loves people and gets along with other dogs. Is great with older children. All Andy really wants
is a home to call his own. A very sweet dog.
