 lvin was rescued from one of our City Shelters just so he wouldn't spend his last days in a cold cement cage. His foster would love to keep him, but her other two dogs are just not thrilled about Alvin being in their home and he is being constantly picked on. This guy just wants a warm bed, a person to love him and some peace and quiet. Alvin prefers people over the company of other canines but would be happy in a home with another older dog just to hang out with. Yes, he has arthritis but he still loves his walks. At some point in his life Alvin had one of his front legs broken and it never healed properly so it is just a little "off" but does NOT slow him down. Please, remember, old dogs are wonderful companions....wine gets better with age....so do dogs. Won't you please give Alvin a home?
