li was dumped at a dog park late Friday night. Fortunately it WAS a dog park and we were called immediately to come and get her. One of the Paw’d Squad volunteers took Ali to the vet where she has been given a clean bill of health. Her jaw has been broken at some point in her life but is completely healed. She can eat, give kisses and play with her toys just fine. And we think that crooked smile makes her all the more special! White boxers are not rare: approximately 25 percent of all boxers born are white. White boxers are not albinos but they can sunburn easily. And while some white boxers are deaf…Ali is not. She can hear just fine! The faint black spots that can be seen through Ali’s coat are common in white boxers.
Ali is cautious around certain male body types, and was frightened by a neighbor holding a newspaper. She gets along great with other dogs and is especially found of puppies. Ali is scared to death of cats….the foster home has a small cat and Ali took one look at it and ran the other way.
