Cat Adoption Application

Before we can leave any of our rescued cats in your hands, we need you to fill out this application. The cat you want to adopt may have trouble adapting to your home, and it is important to identify potential problems before they materialize. Obviously the last thing we want is the cat to harm other members of your family or for them to be unhappy or unsafe in their new home. Also, it is very hard on the cat to move it from one home to the next so we want to make sure it has a very good chance of becoming a permanent, happy member in your family.

With that being said, please answer all of the application questions as completely as possible. If a question (or part of a question) does not apply to you, then just enter "n/a" as the answer. We need everything to be filled out on the application since incomplete applications cannot be processed and will be deleted. Once we receive your filled application, one of our volunteers will contact you, your veterinarian, and your references, and then make arrangements for a home visit. If things look promising enough, then you are well on your way in forming a lifelong relationship with your new pet!

The minimum adoption donation for all cats is $100.00.
